Synopsis:

governmental nutrition program designed to assist in the digestion of
under cooked meats in Mexico City, coincides with a massive power
outage, resulting in a mutation that causes cannibalism.
Cannibals
mixed with a never before seen food shortage, creates a ravenous pack
of over ten million starved, hungry, violent cannibals headed north,
